Saudi Bin Talal family office acquired 50% stake in Romanian engineering firm
KBW Investments, an investment firm owned by the son of Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, has acquired a 50% stake in the Romanian engineering firm Arcadia Engineering.
This acquisition is KBW's second European purchase in 2014, the first being Raimondi Cranes, an Italian tower crane manufacturer. Arcadia started operations in Romania in 1993 and now has operations and offices in UAE and Brazil.
