|| Saudi family office Novaar invests in Russian state entity

novaar-saudi-family-office.jpgNovaar Capital Management, the Dubai-based Saudi family office, announced on Dec 2009 the creation of a Joint Venture with Ural Polar an entity owned by state institutions of the Russian Federation.

Novaar is based in DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center) and serves as an investment management and advisory platform for Prince Saud bin Mansour bin Faisal bin Saud bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud and participating members of his family.
