Established in 2000, Investis Digital is based in London and with over 500 digital experts across nine global offices in the US, UK, EU and India is serving 1600 clients. The amount of the deal is not disclosed, but ECI Partners which had acquired Investis back in 2014 for a reported £35 million has announced making return of 2.6x on its investment. There are also reports that Investis Digital has adjusted EBITDA of £11 million for full-year 2019.
