|| Middle Eastern investor acquired property in UK's Hampshire for $14 million

propertyweek.jpgCapital Trust Group, on behalf of a Middle Eastern investor, has bought Stoneham Park offices in Eastleigh, Hampshire, for around $14 million from Jeeves Investments, the Property Week is reporting.

The purchase reflects a net initial yield of 7.46%. (Jeeves Investments is a joint venture between AEW Europe and Mountgrange)
