|| Dubai PE Firm Acquiring 51% stake in Australian Firm

Zabeel Private Equity DubaiZabeel Capital, the wholly owned investment arm of Zabeel Investments and one of the Private Equity firms in Dubai, announced that the company has acquired a 51% stake of an Australian company’s Asia and UAE operations, called ASP Access Floors.

You may remember Zabeel Capital from their investments in EADS (the owner of Airbus) and Sony. But what about the other company? Founded in Australia in 2000, ASP Access Floors specializes in the manufacture, installation and supply of turnkey raised flooring solutions across the globe.
