|| Cirque du soleil coming to Dubai - permanently!

Cirque du soleil, the world famous Canadian circus, will develop a permanent show on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah to open at the end of 2010. A 1,800-seat theatre will be built to stage the show, the first to be staged outside of North America, Japan and China.

"Cirque is always looking for new markets for permanent shows, but it's not easy to find the perfect combination of visitor traffic, hotel accommodation, transportation links, modern facilities and area attractions. We are very confident that The Palm Jumeirah offers Cirque all of the components we need", President and Chief Executive Officer of Cirque du Soleil said.
