1genero.pngGenero Advisory has announced the launching of its operations in the UAE. The new investment company, led by Tamer Bazzari, ex-CEO of Rasmala, will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, restructuring and private equity in the Middle East.

Prior to founding Genero, Mr. Bazzari spent 8 years with Rasmala Investment Bank before he resigned from his CEO position in November 2010. He has 17 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and corporate advisory.

Genero Advisory has announced the launching of its operations in the UAE. The new investment company, led by Tamer Bazzari, Founder and CEO, will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, restructuring and private equity in the Middle East.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Tamer Bazzari, said “The global financial crisis and the current changes taking place in the MENA region are creating various corporate finance and private equity opportunities. Genero, which is Latin for “Creative”, is well positioned to take advantage of such opportunities by providing mid-cap Arab companies with the required funding and suitable restructuring solutions.
