|| UAE PE firm acquired stake in an oil & gas private firm for $25 million

Kuwait Energy Millennium Millennium Private Equity, one of the private equity firms in the UAE, announced an investment of $25 million in Kuwait Energy Company, the Middle East-based independent exploration and production company.

What percentage of an oil & gas company do you get with $25 million? It is not mentioned in their announcement, but according to a Kuwaiti newspaper, they got 3.2%.
