Agility acquired Geopetrol – a Canadian freight forwarding and logistics company specializing in the Canadian oil and gas market.

For those of you not in the loop, Agility (formerly known as PWC Logistics), is a global logistics provider with 29,000 employees and 550 offices in 100 countries. It is a publicly traded company in Kuwait and Dubai with $5.6bn in annual revenue.
